About Doing Something Worth Doing [Quote]

As human beings we are afraid of something new, unexpected, or unknown until today.

Can we allow ourselves as entrepreneurs to stop doing something new, unexpected, or unknown because that’s making us afraid?

This is unacceptable, especially for entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are persons that create something from nothing. They create something unexpected on the market. They create new needs, new knowledge, a new way of thinking, and looking into the world where we live. They find something unknown and make it known to many people on the planet.

I know that the status quo is something safe and secure. But, you are or want to be an entrepreneur. You can’t be satisfied with the status quo situation. That’s not a part of entrepreneurial life. Think about it, and if you think you want safety and security, then probably entrepreneurship is not for you. Try something else.

If you don’t do something now and take your destiny into your own hands in the future you will be disappointed because you didn’t make to change something in your own environment.

Changes will come with you, or without you. You can initiate changes and become the leader, or you can follow and be a part of the change process. But, you can’t allow yourself to resist or ignore them because they will not ask you for your approval, they simply become your reality.

Don’t allow you as an entrepreneur to become a silent observer of what is happening around you. Be the creator of the future, be a part of that future. You can change the world. We can change the world.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
