If you have terrible audio, people won’t stay around and they will find another video to watch. You should pay careful attention to the audio equipment you are using, especially when filming outside.

Keep SEO in mind

While it is true that most of the work takes place when filming, recording and editing, if you want your content to be discoverable and to get likes fast then you need to keep SEO in mind. This means that you should have a great title, description, and tags.

  • Tags: Tags are basically the keywords that people will use to find your videos, so they should be related to your video in some way. If your video is focused on cooking, then the tags you use could be around the meal itself, what type of video it is, what ingredients are used, and more.

The most important thing that you should focus on in the beginning is transitions and audio. The video just needs to flow really well, and extra effects aren’t necessary just yet. Try to keep things simple, as this way you are ensuring that the video is watchable and coherent.
