Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Sutevski Consulting creator of the Entrepreneurship in a Box Insider subscription service provides the following refund policy:

  • What we provide is a lot of intellectual content via posts, emails, and other online content and as such, making a return isn’t exactly possible. With the subscription, you are getting access to all previous content published inside Insider’s membership area.
  • All that said, if you feel like you didn’t get what was promised, we will do everything we can to make it right. It’s fairly reasonable for you to let us know within 3 days of a purchase that you aren’t happy with what you purchased in order for us to provide you a refund.
  • Only under certain conditions a digital product can be refunded (we will not refund a product if incompatibility with some third-party software arises):
    • Product not delivered (if the delivery email isn’t received by a customer)
    • Download issues (if the product can’t be downloaded properly)
    • Major defects (if the product has unexpected errors)
  • No refunds are provided after the first 3 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
  • No repayment can be considered for any break or stop of the services, damage or data loss except under extreme circumstances where any such outage lasts beyond seven (7) consecutive days, in which case, a prorata refund may be offered at the sole discretion of Sutevski Consulting.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with any of our membership subscription based products, please contact us and let us know. You can cancel any of your subscriptions at any time with no issue and you will continue to have access until your purchased time expires.
  • We can’t give you your money back after you’ve paid for that month (cancellation month).
  • If you do have a problem and need to cancel your membership, it may take us up to 2-3 days to get everything and make sure we do all the paperwork. If you’re accidentally charged again in the meantime, we’ll refund your money.
  • We’re sorry you’re cancelling your membership, but we understand we can’t be a perfect fit for everyone, but we hope you’ll get the best service we can give you and at least that will make you happy.
  • Most of our products are online in nature and are delivered via electronic download, email and other premium content. If ever there is a time when you don’t receive your product, just contact us and we’ll make sure you get what you need.
