But, when we talk about changes there are many obstacles that you will be faced on your transformational journey. For example, your changes will require great plans, you will need to overcome resistance to change, you will need to lead the whole change process perfectly, you will need to ensure that everything planned will be implemented, you will need to check if the results from your company’s efforts in change process are really worth, you will need to implement different adjustments in the implementation process… And that is only a fraction on what you will cope in the change process.
One way that can be used from managers is to implement systematic approach in following and analyzing different sources of organizational change.
Before more than six years I was working on my masters thesis about resistance to organizational change. In the last five years I have spent large of my time in research of organizational changes, especially drivers of organizational change, sources or forces that will cause organizational changes in organizations.
Some experts talk about sources, some of them about forces, and some use the word drivers. But, each of these words represents the thing that will cause organizational change in an organization.
Here is a list of 32 possible change drivers that I come after several years of researching more than 200 organizational science literature. I will not go in description of each of this forces, which will be part of some other posts here on entrepreneurship in a box.

Our customer’s expectations are changing with great speed. Our suppliers change their way of doing business. Our partners are different over time. Our interest is different over time.
Outside changes will happen regardless you or your business wants them or not. Then how safe is your business from the outside forces that can cause changes in your business?
Can you and your business escape the changes from outside of your company?
You can’t escape that changes if you want your business to survive in this highly changing environment.
